BIBR announces New Menus.

Dining at the Bay Islands Beach Resort will delight!  Meals are served on the beach at Deep Ted's Beach Bar and Grill, and are a mix of Island and American favorites!  Service is personal and relaxed. 

Breakfast – Select from traditional eggs and omelets – or our Cook’s daily specials such as banana pancakes, Spanish Breakfast, Island Breakfast, burritos, flitters, and French Toast.

Lunch -- Start with our extraordinary homemade soup-of-the-day, including corn chowder, carrot, bean, onion, vegetable, and gazpacho.  The daily Cook’s Choice includes Tropical Chicken Salad, Cajun Burger, BBQ Pulled Pork, Fried Chicken, Enchiladas, and Island Stewed Chicken.  A little fruit and a great dessert such as pineapple cookies, brownies, key lime pie, banana cake, or coconut candy complete the meal.

Dinner – The Cook prepares a great entrée each evening – beef tenderloin, lasagna, fish tacos, seafood casserole (with fish fillets crab and shrimp), parmesan-seared chicken with tangy hot sauce & twice-baked potatoes.  Salads, vegetables, and desserts round off these meals.

Fish, chicken, hamburgers, and salads are always available for guests who are allergic to or just don't like the planned entrée.  We are also able to accommodate most special dietary needs.  (Please discuss your needs with us when you make your reservation.)
